We are a family-owned tile installation company located in the Lake Country area of Southeast Wisconsin, after first getting our start in Illinois in 1994. We are a licensed contractor, insured by local Wisconsin agent, Tom Brass, in Hartland. We provide insurance certificates available upon request.

Meet Joe Kaye
Joe started his career in the late 1980s as a rough carpenter, but quickly moved into detailed trim carpentry work. Over the years, he realized the similarities between trim and tile work. He became passionate about tile and the creative outlet it provided. Today, he acts as the main tile installer and project coordinator. His philosophy is that quality is more important than quantity. Abiding by this mantra has kept work steady for almost 20 years. Word of mouth has been his best form of advertising, until now!
Meet Dan Vetter
Dan joined KCS Tile in 2016. His youthful enthusiasm, work ethic, and focus on happiness make him an indispensable part of our team. He’s always first on the job site, setting up and making sure all is in order. He’s detail oriented, experienced at setting, well-versed at grouting, and obsessive (in a good way) about job organization. Dan’s a solid member of this duo…jobs don’t flow without him.
